Overbrook Preschool, a five star, part-time preschool located in the Clintonville area, is a loving and enriching environment in which children can grow and learn in a safe and secure setting. The Preschool began serving the north Columbus area in 1966. Overbrook Preschool has a Step Up to Quality Gold Award from the State of Ohio!
Our teachers have college degrees and continue to expand and improve their knowledge and information about young learners by participating in continuing education and in-service trainings.
Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards are incorporated in the preschool curriculum and presented in the context of play. Teachers plan activities and learning centers based on the interests and development of the children in their classes. Teachers use The Creative Curriculum, a comprehensive, research-based assessment system to aid their intentional planning for each child.

2025/2026 School Year Enrollment
We offer a variety of half day options. Our classes meet from 8:45 until 11:45.
Priority enrollment is given to current families, returning families and Overbrook Church members. To get your first class choice you are encouraged to get your application in promptly.
Enrollment applications will be accepted by a drive-through drop-off at the preschool entrance. Enrollment occurs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Young 3s – (children turning 3 by 12/31/25) – We have one spot in each of our 3s classes for children who miss the 3s age cut-off. Please contact the preschool office at info@overbrookpreschool.com for more information!
The monthly proposed rates for 2025-2026 are as follows:
2 half-days $235.00 (3 year olds)
3 half-days $325.00 (4 year olds)
4 half-days $405.00 (4 & 5 year olds)
5 half days $455.00 (4 & 5 year olds)
