It’s that time of year again….the 29th Annual Preschool Sub Sale!
This is the preschool’s major fundraiser.
We would like to raise funds for scholarships, new classroom furnishings, and classroom supplies!
Subs are $5.25 each or 3 for $14.25

Enrollment for the 2012-2013 School Year
Enrollment is underway for the 2012-2013 School Year! Returning families can register now! Registration opens to the community on Jan. 22nd 2013.

Summer Adventure!
Summer Adventure is a fun week-long summer camp for preschool children.
Summer Adventure is offered in two session, each with a different theme.
Sessions explore a theme through art, music, movement, science, math, and
literature. Our Summer Adventure Program is for children 3 1/2 through 5 1/2
years of age who have preschool and/or group experience without the parent
present. (Older children may attend Overbrook Art Camp!)

Just a reminder–when Columbus City Schools are closed due to bad weather, Overbrook Preschool is closed. Please listen to your local media for information. Weather conditions can be spotty. If you feel that the road conditions in your area are too dangerous for travel, please stay safe and stay home. Your safety and the safety of your family is much more important than a day at preschool.
HOLIDAY FUN
The little elves at Overbrook Preschool will be busy during December making surprises, wrapping them up and practicing their holiday songs. The highlight of the month will be our traditional Christmas Programs which are held in the church sanctuary. The program schedules are:

Everyone is welcome to enjoy this very special program of music and stories. Classroom parties will follow the program. Santa will visit each classroom beginning with the youngest children. The parties conclude at the end of Santa’s visit.
A FUN TIME AT OVERBROOK’S FALL FESTIVAL AND WALK!
A beautiful autumn day was made even more special by an afternoon of fun at the John Beltz’s Retreat. The day included a nature walk, hot dogs and games, a hay ride through the lovely autmn landscape and BEST OF ALL! A CAMP FIRE WITH TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS AND S’MORES. OVERBROOK PRESCHOOL WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR AND STAFF
Welcome! Robyn Bally, our new director. She is also a new Overbrook Preschool parent as well. She and her husband, Matthew, have two daughters, ages six and two and one-half and live in the New Albany area.
Welcome! Mrs. Tara Hummer, a new staff member. Mrs. Hummer is also an Overbrook Preschool parent. Mrs. Hummer teaches in Room 103 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and also works with the students in the Masterpiece Art class.
Welcome! Mrs. Carol Johnson. Mrs. Johnson has worked as a kindergarten teacher in Virginia. She teaches the young 3′s and young 4′s in Room 107. Mrs. Johnson and her husband have two daughters and live in the Worthington area.
Welcome! Mrs. Jennifer North. Mrs. North is an experienced elementary teachers and is also an the proud parent of two Overbrook Preschoolers. Mrs. North is teaching the young 3′s and young 4′s in Room 107.
Summer Art Camp for Elementary School Children
Summer Art Camp is a fun filled time to learn about artists, experiment with a variety of materials and work on a group art piece. Campers will also create both 2-D and 3-D masterpieces of their own during the week to take home. Maryan Debrosse, an elementary school art teacher and former Overbrook Preschool teacher, will be leading the camp.

COST
$85/Session with a $20/non-refundable supply fee
A partial tuition payment of $45 is due at registration along with the $20 supply fee.
The tuition balance is due two weeks prior to the beginning of the session.
The first tuition payment is refundable only when two weeks notice of withdrawal is given
