Enrollment for the 2026/27 School Year begins on Feb. 10th for Returning Families & Church Members and Feb. 12th for New Families!
- Child Medical Statement – to be filled out annually for all enrolled children
- Medical/Physical Care Plan – to be filled out only if your child has a special health or medical condition (complete with summer paperwork, not at enrollment)
