Overbrook Preschool is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children for its outstanding staff and program. It has been awarded a Three-Star (out of three) quality rating by the State of Ohio for providing our young learners with a warm, stimulating environment. All of the teachers at Overbrook Preschool hold at least a Bachelors Degree. They also are dedicated to continually learning and growing in their profession by enrolling in many hours of in-service training in the areas of child development, child assessment, curriculum and health and safety. I am proud to say that many of our staff have a long tenure with Overbrook Preschool and continue to be dedicated to the children and families who walk through our doors.

Our Administrative Staff
Robyn Bally, Director	Mrs. Bally comes to us from the Pembroke Kids Child Development Center in Avon Lake, Ohio. She was a director, curriculum coordinator and a classroom teacher. While on staff at Pembroke, she lead the program to a 3-Star, Step-Up-to-Quality rating. Robyn graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.She and her husband, Matthew, live in Lewis Center with their two daughters. Her youngest daughter is currently a student at Overbrook Preschool.
Lee Williams, Associate Director	Mrs. Williams loves working with the young learners and their families who are a part of Overbrook Preschool. As an early childhood educator and administrator, my goal is to provide the youngest children with a warm, caring and safe environment in which to explore the world around them and to have fun while growing and learning. As part of my administrative duties, I work to provide the families of Overbrook Preschool with information relating to the preschool, the community and other resources.
Trina Smith, Administrative Assistant	Mrs. Trina Smith is our Administrative Assistant. She is available to help staff and parents on Monday thru Friday mornings and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons. Mrs. Smith has been a valued member of our team since her daughter attended preschool beginning as a three year old. Her daughter is now a freshman at Ohio University.
